Stellenbosch Accommodation

Are you planning to visit South Africa for a holiday in the near future? If so, where are you thinking of staying? If you haven't yet decided on where you are going to stay in Stellenbosch then maybe you can consider staying in a fully functional Stellenbosch accommodation with most of the modern amenities. The only problem is that most people don't consider renting out large properties for various stupid reasons. But did you know that most of these independent homes have all the advantages of hotels as well.

The biggest advantage of these villas is privacy. You can live like you owned the home and no one will disturb you in any way. This type of freedom would never be available if you were staying in a crowded hotel.

Today, hotels have become quite crowded.

It has become more of a business establishment than anything else and most hoteliers try accommodating as many people as they can in their hotels. But this isn't the case when it comes to villas in South Africa. The entire villa will be yours and you won't have to interact with any other people throughout your holiday. There will be nobody else occupying your home. You can have the perfect peaceful holiday you are looking for when staying in a villa which would never have been possible at a hotel.

Secondly, since hotels are basically businesses they need to pay their taxes. This money needs to be collected from their guests as well.

This basically means that hotels charge a lot of taxes which most guests only get to know about when they go to check out. But when you are renting a villa in South Africa, you won't have to worry about any hidden charges. These properties are private and their owners are allowed to rent it out to whoever they want legally and without any taxes. You can even negotiate with an owner for the rent while most hotels will not be willing to negotiate on the rent of their rooms at all. You should at least think about renting a villa before going ahead and booking a hotel.

As far as finding such villas is concerned, you can visit any travel website for the latest deals. Don't think about searching for these villas on realty websites though as they will be looking for long term tenants and not people who want to stay there for a few days. Most websites will have pictures of the villa as well and you can even read reviews from people who have stayed there in the past. So what are you waiting for? Start looking for villas in South Africa today.
